Zafiriou Green Chalkidiki Olives come from the northern part of the Greek Chalkidiki peninsula, in the region of Central Macedonia. They have a distinctive large almond shape, firm flesh, bright green to yellow-green color, and a slightly bitter-salty taste that pairs perfectly with cheeses, aperitifs or salads.
Thanks to vacuum packaging without brine, these olives retain their natural texture, authentic taste and aroma. Ideal for direct consumption or as a high-quality ingredient in gourmet dishes.
The producer Zafiriou Olives is a family business with over 40 years of tradition. It specializes in gentle processing without chemical preservatives. The olives are vacuum-packed in Greece in a convenient ready-to-eat format.
