Green Chalkidiki olives by Zafiriou come from the northern part of the Greek peninsula of Chalkidiki, located in the region of Central Macedonia. They are known for their large almond-like shape, firm flesh, fresh green to yellow-green color, and gently bitter-salty taste that pairs perfectly with cheeses, aperitifs, or salads.
These olives are packed in a salt brine in a protective plastic pouch. This packaging helps preserve their natural texture, authentic taste, and aroma. They are ideal for direct consumption or as a high-quality ingredient in gourmet dishes.
The producer, Zafiriou Olives, is a family business with more than 40 years of tradition. It specializes in harvesting and processing Chalkidiki olives directly in Greece.

After opening, store the olives in an airtight container in the fridge. To extend shelf life, it is recommended to cover them with olive oil. Consume within 15 days. Do not expose to room temperature.
