Premium paste made from unripe green olives of the Chalkidiki variety, grown in the northern part of the Greek Chalkidiki Peninsula, in the region of Central Macedonia. These olives are known for their large almond-like shape, firm flesh, and mildly bitter-salty taste. The paste preserves all the characteristic features of these olives – freshness, natural flavor, and a creamy, non-bitter consistency.

The producer Zafiriou Olives is a family-owned business with over 40 years of tradition and a strong focus on gentle processing. This olive paste is produced in Greece without the use of chemical thickeners or colorants. The result is a delicacy that fits both everyday meals and festive occasions.
