Premium paste made from black Kalamon olives grown in the Chalkidiki region in northern Greece. These olives are prized for their dark purple color, rich fruity flavor, and meaty texture. The paste preserves the intense aroma and velvety smooth texture – free of bitterness and with a pleasant aftertaste.

The producer Zafiriou Olives is a family business with over 40 years of tradition, emphasizing hand harvesting and gentle processing. This olive paste is made in Greece without chemical thickeners, artificial flavors, or colorants. The result is a high-quality product suitable for everyday use as well as special occasions.
