Dark olives of the Chondroelia Chalkidiki variety, dried in sea salt according to a traditional recipe without chemical preservatives. Hand-harvested at the end of October, carefully sorted to preserve quality and natural flavor. They have a soft texture, a strong aroma, and a slightly sweet taste with typical notes of natural fermentation.

Black Dry-Cured Olives from Chalkidiki originate from olive groves in the northern Greek region of Chalkidiki. The Chondroelia variety is known for its large oval shape, soft consistency, and mildly sweet flavor that develops through the traditional dry-curing process in sea salt.
The olives are handpicked in late October, carefully sorted, and then naturally cured in layers of sea salt. During this process, they lose excess liquid and bitterness, developing a characteristic aroma and rich texture. The result is a wrinkled-skinned olive with a deep, complex flavor – perfect for enjoying on their own or with cheese, pizza, wine, or tapas.
Producer Zafiriou Olives is a family business with more than 40 years of tradition. They specialize in natural olive processing without any artificial preservatives. These olives are vacuum-packed in Greece and ready to eat.
