Black Dry-Cured Olives from Chalkidiki originate from olive groves in the northern Greek region of Chalkidiki. The Chondroelia variety is known for its large oval shape, soft consistency, and mildly sweet flavor that develops through the traditional dry-curing process in sea salt.

The olives are handpicked in late October, carefully sorted, and then naturally cured in layers of sea salt. During this process, they lose excess liquid and bitterness, developing a characteristic aroma and rich texture. The result is a wrinkled-skinned olive with a deep, complex flavor – perfect for enjoying on their own or with cheese, pizza, wine, or tapas.
