Aged in oak barrels, it has a mildly sweet and sour taste with vibrant citrus notes and a pleasant aroma. Perfect for salads, glazes, and modern dishes.

MELISAMICO Organic Orange-Flavored Wine Vinegar is made from carefully selected white grapes organically grown in southern Crete. Through the traditional method of natural fermentation, a pure vinegar base is produced, enhanced with natural orange aroma and thyme honey from Crete. The result is a harmoniously balanced vinegar with a mildly sweet taste and citrusy finish.

Thanks to aging in oak barrels, this vinegar develops subtle woody notes and a complex taste. It has an acetic acid content of 6%. Excellent in salad dressings, glazes, marinades, or as a unique seasoning for warm dishes. Free from preservatives, chemicals, and GMOs.

MELISAMICO with orange brings fresh Mediterranean flavors in a modern interpretation. Ideal for home or professional kitchens. Certified organic product under EU Regulation 2018/848.
