MELISAMICO Organic White Wine Vinegar is made from carefully selected white grapes cultivated sustainably in southern Crete. Using the traditional method of natural fermentation, this vinegar becomes an exceptionally pure product, free from chemical additives, sulfur, colorants, or preservatives. It is crafted and aged in a small family-owned winery, where every step follows ecological principles.

The vinegar matures in oak barrels, developing a delicate aroma and rich taste with fresh fruity notes and a refined texture. Thanks to its high acetic acid content (6%) and slightly thicker consistency, it is excellent for salads, marinades, and both hot and cold dishes. It contains no additives or GMOs.

MELISAMICO represents the union of Cretan winemaking heritage and modern ecological production. It is an ideal choice for everyday use as well as for professional kitchens. Certified organic product according to EU Regulation 2018/848.
