Our beehives are transported all around Crete in order to produce honey of a unique quality. The coastal areas of Gramvousa, Elafonissi, Vouvas in Sfakia and Prodromi in Selino are ideal for thyme honey whereas for a more "mature" taste Omalos, Niatos and Askifou plateaus are considered to be more appropriate.
